Allen Removals and Storage

From start to finish of my move this was a shambles. The booking process was a mess with conflicting dates confirmed by different staff on the same day (I booked flights to be there for collection so this was critical). The website promises quality staff training, but the guys who packed were either incompetent or simply didn't care - dropping boxes, smashing glass contents, and unable to trolley furniture around a large corridor without bashing the corner. Real low point was cash being stolen. Head office relied on small print that they aren't responsible for carriage of cash, but that's rather different from expecting property not to be stolen (further, head office just didn't seem to care at all - perhaps a common occurrence). Guys unpacking were really careful, so a thanks to them. .
